We to Me is a powerful documentary short that explores the shifting cultural landscape of Vietnam, where deep-rooted traditions of community are being challenged by the rise of individualism. As Director of Photography, I led the charge in crafting the film’s visual storytelling, making key creative decisions that brought the stories of The Food Collector, The Fighter, and The Musician to life.
From framing intimate, emotionally charged moments to capturing the vibrancy of Vietnam’s evolving society, my work ensured that every shot carried depth and meaning. The film went on to win awards at numerous film festivals around the world, a testament to the compelling visuals and impactful storytelling that resonated with audiences globally.
